The setup
What is Drunken Goddess Reflux?
Femme Soule runs Pandemonium, the bar at the bottom of Hell. She is the demon of alcohol, she has been alone behind that counter for a very long time, and she has decided that you would be happier staying with her than going back to your life. You disagree. She proposes a game to settle it.
The game is a shot glass Russian roulette. Each round you pick one of three drinks you cannot identify, and both of you take it. Intoxication is the resource and the hazard at once: the drunker you get, the faster your limits fall away, and the more the rules of the game stop applying to you. It is also the thing that will eventually make you lose your soul through your mouth.
Outlast her and you walk back into your own life. Fail and she gets the eternity she wanted, which she will describe as a happy ending. There is no third outcome on the table.

Pick a glass you cannot read
Three mystery drinks go down each round and you only get one. The choice is the whole game: what you pour sets how fast the meter climbs, and a round you survive on a cheap shot is a round Femme Soule survives too.
Let the rules come apart
The drunker you are, the less the table behaves. Limits stop holding, tricks nobody sober could land start working, and the game quietly rewrites what counts as a legal move. Sober play is safe and slow; drunk play is fast and stupid and sometimes the only way through.
Make her spill first
Every shot brings both of you closer to throwing up your soul. The win condition is not your own tolerance — it is hers running out before yours. Read her tells, spend your tricks on the rounds that matter, and keep one clear head for the last one.

When does Drunken Goddess Reflux come out?
December 8, 2026, on Steam for Windows. The store lists it as coming soon, so there is no pre-order and no price on the page yet.
Is there a demo?
Not a public one. The demo planned for October 19 was cancelled, and the developers replaced it with closed online play sessions filled by lottery through their Discord.
What platforms is it on?
Windows only. No Mac, no Linux, no console version has been announced.
How much does it cost?
No price is published. Steam shows the game as coming soon with no purchase option, so any figure circulating before launch is not from the store.
Who is Femme Soule?
The demon of alcohol who tends bar at Pandemonium. She is the game's antagonist and its narrator, voiced by Nanahira.
Is it co-op?
No. Single-player only, with full controller support. The whole contest is between you and one demon.
